If you’re seeking transformative wellness experiences for clients, you will soon have a new option in Northern Europe. Eha, a boutique wellness retreat, is set to open in summer 2026 on Estonia’s Hiiumaa Island, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in the Baltic Sea.
Hiiumaa is known for its beaches and forested landscapes—two-thirds of the island is covered by forest. Eha leverages this natural setting to create an atmosphere of renewal, offering just eight suites and three forest cabins.
Wellness programming at Eha follows the island’s five-season rhythm—spring, springrise, summer, autumn and winter. Under the direction of Estonian-born Wellness Director Kai Laus, the retreat will offer curated programs blending ancestral Estonian traditions with evidence-based practices. Guests can expect thermal rituals, nature immersions, breath-led movement, foraging and guided reflection sessions, all tailored to the season
Culinary offerings will be overseen by Green Michelin Star chef Peeter Pihel, who will craft seasonal farm-to-table menus featuring produce from the retreat’s garden, sustainable local fish and ingredients sourced from regional farmers and foragers. Each dish is designed to support energy, digestion and overall balance.
