This 11-chapter Grenada course covers all the basics and then some. You’ll get the 4-1-1 on destination weddings and honeymoons; activities such as hiking, voluntourism, sailing, diving and fishing; the destination’s culinary, cultural, wellness and historic offerings; its 45 stunning beaches; and, most importantly, why to sell Grenada and its sister islands now.
The course even gives the scoop on the most Instagram-worthy spots around the islands, because your clients are going to want to share their experience while visiting Grenada with the world. And there’s intel on getting to and around the destination.
“At the heart of the Grenada Travel Expert Program are the tools for travel agents to convincingly sell Grenada to their clients,” says Christine Noel-Horsford, director of sales, USA, Grenada Tourism Authority. “Our goal is to utilize this platform to build a solid core of agents, keeping them engaged and well informed with current news and product updates. This intimate knowledge about Grenada will ensure agents are planning curated trips for their clients. The aim of this program is to increase bookings to the destination and our incentive programs will further push agents to aggressively make that happen.”
Additionally, the Grenada Travel Expert Program is hosted on a new Recommend Education Center platform, bringing a new level of specialist training and engagement to the e-learning specialist program market. It’s been expertly designed as a stand-alone website with proven best-in-class features created by e-learning specialists.
Students who successfully complete the Grenada Travel Expert program and pass their online exam, receive a personalized Grenada Travel Expert Certificate of Completion and earn continuing education units, or CEUs, toward maintaining certification from The Travel Institute as well as the Association of Canadian Travel Agencies.
