Universal Orlando Resort is inviting guests to experience nighttime adventure with the debut of Universal Volcano Bay Nights, a limited-capacity event launching on select Saturday nights in April and May.
The event, available on April 12, 26, and May 3, 10 and 17, offers access to Universal’s waterpark after dark and includes live entertainment, character meet-and-greets, complimentary treats and more.
Nighttime Fun at Universal Volcano Bay
This exclusive event lets visitors embrace the Waturi culture while experiencing some of the park’s most popular water rides with lower wait times. Beyond the thrills, guests can enjoy a live DJ at Waturi Beach or take part in classic games like hula hooping and limbo beneath the 200-foot Krakatau Volcano. Universal Volcano Bay Nights will also feature DreamWorks Animation characters such as Shrek, Fiona, Puss in Boots, Kitty Soft Paws, King Julien, Alex from Madagascar, and Poppy, Branch and Guy Diamond from Trolls.
Guests can also enjoy complimentary treats and beverages. For those seeking more dining options, specialty items will be available for purchase at Kohola Reef Restaurant, Dancing Dragons Boat Bar and Koka Poroka Ice Cream Kona.
Tickets for Universal Volcano Bay Nights are now available for purchase. Guests can arrive as early as 4 p.m. to explore the park before the event begins at 7 p.m. Universal Orlando Passholders can enjoy a 10% discount on tickets with a valid Annual or Seasonal Pass and photo ID. Private cabanas are also available to rent and can be booked in-park at the concierge huts, on a first-come, first-served basis.
