Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru has unveiled its newly reimagined Four-Bedroom Landaa Estate. Situated on the southeastern side of the island, this expansive estate—spanning over 8,000 square feet of indoor space and over 20,000 square feet of outdoor space—is surrounded by the Baa Atoll UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
Designed with multigenerational and group vacations in mind, the Landaa Estate accommodates up to 9 adults or 8 adults and 6 children. The estate features four bedrooms within four separate pavilions, including a newly added king bedroom. The second-floor dining and lounge deck provides panoramic views of the lagoon; there’s also a private library and entertainment room.

Four Seasons Resort Kuda Huraa
Four Seasons Resort Kuda Huraa also added a new estate to its property, the Three-Bedroom Kuda Estate. The Kuda Estate provides accommodations for up to six adults and three children. As the resort’s largest and most exclusive accommodation, the Kuda Estate features three standalone bedroom villas, each connected by indoor-outdoor living spaces. There’s a 1,500-square-foot infinity pool, which curves around an oceanfront deck.
The estate is home to Kuda Huraa’s only private sea-view gazebo, and the sea-view deck has been extended to include a sunken seating area and an expanded dining space. Guests receive exclusive attention from a dedicated personal attendant and enjoy paddleboarding and rejuvenating spa treatments.

Miaja Design Group has reimagined the resort’s 77 villas, inspired by the Maldives’ marine life and lush flora. W Maldives introduces the first-ever Supreme Overwater Two-Bedroom Villas and Oasis Overwater Two-Bedroom Villas, featuring private pools. The Oasis Two-Bedroom Beach Villas take things up a notch with water slides leading to private pools.
