Now that England has reopened, Rosewood London, has launched new experiences this summer as part of Rosewood’s Summer by Design campaign, a collection of purpose-led journeys curated to immerse guests in London’s wider culture and community. The new program features experiences including a family friendly Rooftop Gardening experience where children can create and take home their own terrarium, a Flower Workshop with the hotel’s expert floristry team, and a From Market to Table culinary experience, which allows guests to curate their own menu and join chef at the market to gather ingredients before cooking in the private kitchen.

For the remainder of the summer, visitors can experience some of the hotel’s most innovative F&B offerings including an art afternoon tea in tribute to prolific artist Yayoi Kusama, a personalized cocktail based on your Enneagram at Scarfes Bar and an al fresco dining experience at the Macallan Manor House, which has transformed the terrace into a luxury riverside boathouse inspired by summers in Scotland.

The onsite Kusama Art Afternoon Tea experience features three pastries celebrating Japanese flavors that are presented to guests as a trio. The pastries include: The Tonka Caramel, a rectangular chocolate cup filled with decadent tonka cream, salted caramel and a caramel chocolate crumb, topped with a vibrant multicolored, chocolate polka dot pattern. The second pastry—Peach and Jasmine macaroon—incorporates a pink sugar flower sitting atop an almond macaroon, filled with peach jelly and jasmine tea ganache. Lastly, a cheesecake inspired by Japan’s infamous cherry blossoms has been created using cherry blossom gel, a vanilla cheesecake dome topped with vanilla glaze, a sable tartlet and a red and white chocolate decoration. The design of the Cherry Blossom cheesecake is influenced by Kusama’s famed red and white spotted pattern.

In addition, families can reunite with the Rosewood Reunion experience, which allows them to take over an entire wing of the property to celebrate all the missed events and milestones of the past year.

The property combines English heritage with contemporary sophistication through its design, service and amenities and offers over 263 rooms and 45 suites, including the Manor House Wing.
