Alaska Airlines Launching Anchorage-Tokyo Flights in 2027

Alaska Airlines will launch its first nonstop flights between Anchorage, Alaska (ANC), and Tokyo Narita (NRT) in spring 2027, giving travelers a new way to connect Alaska with Japan and the broader Asia-Pacific region.

The seasonal service will open new opportunities for travel advisors selling Alaska vacations, Japan itineraries and trips combining both destinations. For travelers visiting Alaska, Anchorage also serves as a gateway to outdoor experiences, including Denali National Park and the Northern Lights.
