The Globus family of brands (GFOB) has launched a new brand campaign that puts the spotlight on “U”, the travel advisor. The company, which markets and sells Globus, Cosmos and Avalon Waterways, has also unveiled its new Travel Advisor Portal (TAP) for partners.

“When we tell advisors that we’ve got you, we mean it,” said Camille Olivere, chief sales officer for the Globus family of brands, in a press release statement. “With this launch, we’re rolling out the proverbial red carpet for ‘U’ – travel advisor partners – with messaging and new tools that showcases the fact that travel advisors are at the center of everything we do. Together, we make an unbeatable team delivering experiences of a lifetime to our clients.”

New Portal for Travel Advisors

The new TAP includes marketing tools that allow advisors to share itineraries, co-branded with their contact information, enhancing communications and sales opportunities. Its updated design and user interface make for an improved and more intuitive experience, and its search capabilities make it easier than ever for advisors to search for the perfect itinerary for a client’s specific interests and needs. Advisors can book travel experiences and manage client reservations – including accessing all necessary documentation – in real-time, as available, and also have access to a wealth of marketing materials and product information, readily available for promotion and use.

“On our new, improved TAP, we’re providing advisors a one-stop-shop to explore next-generation river cruising options and a dozen styles of touring, in more than 70 countries, on six continents,” said Olivere. “But that’s not all. For the first time, advisors not only have easy access to search our brands, styles and itineraries in one place, they can now share the details directly with clients with a new ‘co-branding’ feature, providing a personal, call-to-action, offering them a seamless, research-to-booking platform, making it easier than ever to convert leads to sales.”
