Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas has completed the first phase of a $24 million, resort-wide renovation. Now available for booking, 25 newly enhanced Villas—known as The Villas at Hilton Scottsdale Resort—offer an upscale, residential-style experience perfect for families and extended stays.
Tucked behind a private entrance with reserved parking, the villas are designed for comfort and privacy. Each features a spacious living room with a fireplace and smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer and a private patio to enjoy Arizona’s sunshine. Sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a second bedroom with two queen beds, both with private bathrooms, accommodating up to eight guests.

The former James NoMad Hotel has officially transitioned to Hotel Seville NoMad, becoming part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt. Sina The Gray in Milan
Sina Hotels has unveiled plans for a major expansion of its design-forward property, Sina The Gray, in Milan. Steps from the Duomo, the 5-star boutique hotel will double its footprint after winning a bid to renovate the historic Galleria Ciro Fontana, currently occupied by the Municipality of Milan.
The expansion will add more than 21,500 square feet to the property and increase Sina The Gray’s key count from 21 to over 52 rooms and suites. Many new accommodations will offer coveted views of Milan’s iconic Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. In addition to the expanded accommodations, the hotel will introduce a new wellness spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center and a panoramic rooftop restaurant.
Opened in 2003, Sina The Gray is the brand’s second Milanese property, located just 300 feet from its sister hotel, Sina De La Ville. The upcoming expansion supports Sina Hotels’ broader strategy of investing in historic properties across Italy’s destinations, including Rome, Florence, Venice and Capri.
The phased renovation is scheduled to begin in Jan. 2026 with an expected completion in 2027.
