Six Senses La Sagesse has added a new wellness retreat to its guest offerings on Grenada’s coast. The Awaken Journey combines movement, mindfulness, nature and rest into a program built into the stay, available for booking through the end of 2026.

The retreat opens each morning with a wellness movement session and sunrise yoga, then moves into a guided beach grounding walk and a cliffside breathwork session along the coastline. Days close with a private fire ritual. Guests also receive the Sleep With Six Senses turndown service nightly, which includes sleep tea and a pillow mist intended to support rest between active days. A customized fitness plan and a signature spa treatment are built into the experience, along with daily breakfast at Callaloo and a wellness departure gift meant to carry the retreat home.

The new retreat is offered alongside the resort’s existing wellness programming, which includes biohacking and recovery services at the Biohack Recovery Lounge, locally inspired treatments such as the three-hour Caribbean Cleansing Ritual and the full-body Journey to Repose, and curated multi-day programs built around sleep, detox, yoga and fitness.
Six Senses La Sagesse sits on 38 acres along Grenada’s southeastern coast in St. David parish, about 35 minutes from Maurice Bishop International Airport. The resort opened in April 2024 as the brand’s first Caribbean property and holds 56 pool suites and 15 villas built from natural materials near a coastal lagoon. Dining draws on local produce, and the spa follows a fishing village design paired with island wellness traditions.
