Princess Cruises has released details on its most expansive Alaska deployment yet in 2027, sailing with eight ships, 187 departures, 17 itineraries and five wilderness lodges as part of its cruise and cruisetour offerings. Bookings open Aug. 12, 2025.

Returning for her second season in the region, the new Star Princess—the first Sphere Class ship to sail Alaska—will headline with weekly 7-day Inside Passage voyages roundtrip from Seattle. The lineup also includes Coral Princess, Crown Princess, Discovery Princess, Emerald Princess, Island Princess, Royal Princess and Ruby Princess.
Highlights include four glacier-viewing experiences—Glacier Bay National Park, Hubbard Glacier, College Fjord and Endicott Arm & Dawes Glacier. The season features 85 visits to Glacier Bay, scenic calls at Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway, Haines, Sitka, Icy Strait Point and Victoria, B.C., plus extended More Ashore evenings in Juneau on northbound itineraries.
Voyage options range from 7-day Voyage of the Glaciers sailings between Vancouver, B.C., and Anchorage (Whittier) to 14-day Grand Adventure voyages roundtrip from Vancouver. Inside Passage cruises will depart from Seattle, San Francisco, Vancouver and Los Angeles, with itineraries from 6 to 16 days.
Princess’s 2027 cruisetours expand land-and-sea combinations with 28 itineraries. Guests can pair a sailing with stays at Princess’ custom-built lodges near Denali, Kenai Fjords and Wrangell-St. Elias National Parks, travel on the line’s Direct-to-the-Wilderness rail service, and opt for the 17-night Denali Escorted Cruisetour, which visits up to four national parks.
