Namron Hospitality, the hotel group known for its boutique properties across Mexico, has officially debuted Le Particulier Miami, a new French-inspired hotel that marks the brand’s expansion beyond Latin America.

Located at 4130 Collins Avenue, the property is a transformation of the historic Ocean Spray Hotel, an Art Deco property originally built in 1936. The seven-story building has been restored, blending its 20th-century architectural heritage with a contemporary design. In recognition of its architectural and historical significance, the property was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.

A Historic Landmark Reimagined

Le Particulier Miami remains true to its Art Deco roots, showcasing a concrete frame, geometric facades and decorative flourishes. The hotel’s 54 guestrooms reflect a retro-modern aesthetic and vibrant color scheme of mint green, pink, blue and vintage cream. Interiors feature terrazzo flooring, tropical wallpaper and crystal chandeliers. The exterior of the hotel is painted in pastels of purple and yellow, while redesigned bathrooms feature brass finishes and glass-enclosed rainfall showers.

Los Bowls de Guadalupe brings Namron’s signature vegan dining concept from Tulum to Miami. The restaurant serves organic smoothies and açaí bowls, poke bowls and Buddha bowls crafted with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. In addition, a rooftop lounge draws inspiration from Namron’s Riviera Maya properties, offering curated music, art and a lush tropical ambiance for gatherings.

Le Particulier Miami is ideally located for guests eager to explore the Miami’s art, design and cultural scene. The property is also within close reach of the Bass Museum of Art, Miami Beach Convention Center and some of the city’s well-known dining and nightlife venues.
