Universal Orlando Resort has revealed the theme for the 35th anniversary of Halloween Horror Nights. Universal Studios Orlando will transform into the “Infernal Carnival of Nightmares,” a dark, decaying carnival brought to life through an expanded lineup of haunted houses, scare zones and live entertainment.
At the center of this year’s storyline are two of the event’s most recognizable icons: Jack the Clown and Dr. Oddfellow. In a first for the franchise, the longtime rivals will join forces as co-ringmasters, blending nostalgia with a new narrative arc designed to appeal to both loyal fans and first-time visitors.
A major addition is the haunted house, “Jack & Oddfellow: Chaos & Control,” which brings the characters’ backstory to life through immersive, story-driven design. The experience dives into the origins of their rivalry, combining psychological horror with cinematic storytelling.
Guests can purchase Halloween Horror Nights 2026 merchandise featuring Jack the Clown and Dr. Oddfellow, on sale now. Guests can shop the new apparel and more at select retail locations in Universal Studios Florida or online.
Tickets and ticket packages for Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando will go on sale soon. In addition, more information about haunted houses and scare zones experience will be shared in the months ahead.
