Insight Vacations Launches “Get Back to What You Love” Campaign

Insight Vacations has launched a brand-new campaign featuring Europe and Americas tours with savings of up to $600 per person.

The motivation behind the Get Back to What You Love campaign is to “help give the gift of travel for Valentine’s Day.” Clients must book by March 4, 2021 and travel between July 2021 to November 2022 to take advantage of the offer, which is also combinable with the 5 percent Past Guest Discount for eligible clients.

“We know travel will return with more demand than ever and there is so much to explore in this world that many have missed throughout 2020 and Europe remains a popular destination,” said Jon Grutzner, president of Insight Vacations USA, in a press release statement. “To help get clients back to what they love—travel—we’ve launched this new campaign to support travel advisors in closing sales for future travel in celebration of Valentine’s Day and helping clients give the meaningful gift of travel,” he concluded.

Insight Vacations points to their The Country Roads travel-style journeys for client recommendations as they are the “perfect options to help ease back into travel,” with off-the-beaten-path experiences, visits to hidden retreats, and enjoying farm-to-table dining.

Here are some examples of the journeys clients can book and gift for Valentine’s Day:

7-day Jewels of Alaska – “A haven for nature lovers,” this escape to Alaska explores sweeping landscapes, calving glaciers and national parks. Guests will embark on the Alaska Railroad train over swift-rushing streams and through majestic mountains. They’ll explore the iconic Denali National Park, and partake in a special Insight Experience of meeting the champion dog team of 4-time Iditarod winner, Martin Buser, learning about the challenges of competing in the 1,049-mile dogsled race and enjoying lunch at his home. In Talkeetna, they’ll enjoy an included jet boat tour up the Chulitna River and visit a trappers cabin. While in Anchorage, clients will join Local Experts in an exclusive presentation on making Eskimo ice cream at the Alaska Native Heritage Center. To end the journey on a scenic note, guests will board the 26 Glacier Cruise in Whittier for a 100-mile boat tour of Prince William Sound and into the College Fjord, afterwards enjoying a Deliciously Authentic Dining experience, joining the Captain in the wheelhouse for an included lunch.

9-day Country Roads of Umbria & Tuscany – While visiting the Vatican City, clients gain VIP access to the Vatican Museums and take in the renowned Bramante Staircase. This will ensure an added layer of social distancing protection via this Insight Experience and exclusivity as Insight guests visit before the sites are open to the public. In Perugia, clients enjoy a Make Travel Matter Experience and meet Marta of the Laboratorio Guidetta Brozzetti to learn about how the ancient craft of loom-weaving is being preserved, while offering employment opportunities to the local women. The surrounding rolling hills of Sam Gimignano in Tuscany hold an encounter with a farm-to-table experience with organic produce sourced straight from the local farm.

14-day Country Roads of Croatia  On this journey, participants will visit lesser-known areas of the country and get up-close and personal with locals. In Plitvice National Park, guests have the chance to choose between two Make Travel Matter Experiences—joining a Local Expert to hear about how the park researches and monitors the natural habitat of species, or they can choose to learn about women’s economic empowerment in the region and meet the women of the Tara Community Centre who produce traditional handicrafts. The highlight of the trip is an Insight Experience allowing clients to taste fresh oysters plucked straight from the sea, hear the story of a local cultivator, and how he masters his art. Afterwards, enjoy a Deliciously Authentic Dining experience over a sea-to-table tasting serving fresh shellfish and local wine. In Dubrovnik, guests Stay in Style at the Hotel Dubrovnik Palace, overlooking the Adriatic.
