Three Waters Resort & Marina, a Tribute Portfolio Resort, is gearing up to host its inaugural Helm to Hearth culinary weekend from April 25-27, 2025. This exclusive foodie event at the Florida Keys resort will blend gourmet dining with a commitment to ocean conservation while also allowing guests to witness the culinary talents of a few well-known chefs.

A Weekend of Culinary Delights

If your clients are searching for a sunny getaway in the Florida Keys and appreciate the art of fine dining, they wouldn’t want to miss out on a thoughtfully curated schedule of dining experiences and outdoor adventures during the Helm to Hearth event.

The weekend kicks off on Friday with a beachside welcome reception. On Saturday, the guests will enjoy a multi-course dinner with wine pairings at Kindler, the resort’s newly opened restaurant. Helm to Hearth concludes with a Sunday brunch at Mercado Morada, an oceanfront eatery.

A select group of guests will also have the unique opportunity to fish alongside the chefs, learning about sustainable fishing practices before savoring their catch during the weekend’s culinary events.

Proceeds from Helm to Hearth will support the James Beard Foundation, which champions sustainability and excellence in the culinary industry, and the Coral Restoration Foundation, which is dedicated to preserving the fragile marine ecosystems of the Florida Keys.
