Travel advisors planning London stays for 2027 will have a new luxury property to consider. Delano London is scheduled to open in early 2027, marking the brand’s arrival in the British capital with a five-floor hotel overlooking Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park.
Located in one of West London’s most distinguished neighborhoods, the property will combine residential-inspired interiors, contemporary art and destination dining with the brand’s established focus on culture, entertainment and wellness.
Designed by Archer Humphryes Architects, Delano London draws inspiration from the original Delano Miami Beach while introducing a distinct identity shaped by its London setting.

Suite-Focused Accommodations Near Hyde Park
The hotel will feature 67 rooms and suites, with more than half of its accommodations designated as suites. Many will include walk-in wardrobes and private terraces, while 14 will offer views across Hyde Park.
The suite-heavy inventory provides an option for clients seeking additional space and a more residential-style experience in London. The location also places guests near Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, with the city’s cultural attractions and neighborhoods within reach.
New Dining and Nightlife Experiences
Dining and entertainment will form a central part of the hotel’s appeal. Lana Lusa, a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant concept from hospitality group Paris Society, will make its London debut at the property.
The hotel will also introduce Rose Bar, a cocktail destination inspired by Delano Miami Beach’s nightlife legacy. The space will include the Rose Bar Lounge and Zodiac Room, offering more intimate settings for drinks and evening gatherings.
Wellness, Art and Exclusive Experiences
The Source by Delano will anchor the hotel’s wellness offering, with treatment spaces, contrast therapy and movement facilities. A changing program of practitioners, residencies and collaborations will further develop its focus on restorative wellness and longevity.
Art will also play a prominent role. London-based consultancy Cramer & Bell has curated an original collection featuring British and international artists, including South African artist Kimathi Mafafo and London-based artists Isaac Andrews, Hormazd Narielwalla and Gergei Erdei.
