Delano Miami Beach has officially reopened, ushering in a new era for one of South Beach’s most recognizable hotels.
The reopening also marks the U.S. debut of Paris Society, the Dubai- and Paris-based hospitality group behind two internationally acclaimed restaurant concepts making their American debut at the property: Gigi Rigolatto and Mimi Kakushi.
New Culinary and Wellness Offerings Expand the Guest Experience
The restored oceanfront hotel features 171 redesigned guestrooms and suites, including poolside bungalows and penthouse accommodations. Original architectural details, including the Art Deco facade, terrazzo flooring, signature pool and lobby features, have been preserved by Elastic Architects while introducing contemporary updates throughout the property.
Dining plays a central role in Delano’s revival. Gigi Rigolatto, an Italian concept with locations in Saint-Tropez, Paris, Dubai and Rome, takes over much of the hotel’s ground floor and outdoor spaces.
Meanwhile, Mimi Kakushi, the award-winning Japanese restaurant inspired by 1920s Osaka, debuts on the fourth floor. Accessible to hotel guests and future members of the Delano Members Club, the venue is known for its contemporary take on Japanese cuisine and acclaimed cocktail program.
The iconic Rose Bar also returns, reimagined as an intimate cocktail destination that pays homage to Delano’s glamorous nightlife legacy.
Additional amenities include Cafe Delano, an all-day European-style cafe, and Nothing Finer, a heritage-inspired retail concept featuring curated lifestyle products.
Later this fall, the property plans to unveil The Source by Delano, a new wellness concept centered on social connection and restorative experiences. Highlights include a 22-seat sauna designed for group rituals and programming ranging from sound meditations to community-focused activations.
The hotel will also launch the Delano Members Club, offering access to exclusive amenities, cultural programming, wellness experiences and private spaces for a community of globally minded members.
The reopening of Delano Miami Beach follows announcements of future Delano properties in New York and London, signaling continued expansion for the lifestyle brand as it builds on the legacy of its flagship South Beach address.
