Holland America and The HISTORY Channel Partner to Create New Voyages

 
 

Holland America Line has partnered with A+E’s The HISTORY Channel for a first-of-its-kind collaboration that brings history to life for travelers.

The partnership enhances Holland’s cruises with curated itineraries and shore excursions designed in collaboration with The HISTORY Channel. Guests can explore ancient ruins and iconic landmarks while uncovering the stories of the civilizations past that have shaped them—creating a deeper connection to each destination.

This partnership further differentiates our brand and allows us to deliver to our guests experiences that are too good to hurry through.”

Cruise Itineraries Abound with History

These itineraries include the 14-Day Arctic Journey & Northern Lights, the 7-Day Mediterranean Marvels of Pompeii and the 7-Day Norwegian Fjords with Hardangerfjord. Additional themed voyages will explore the legacies of ancient empires in the eastern Mediterranean, Viking heritage in northern Europe and the history of Arctic exploration.

Featured excursions include Gold Panning & Underground Mine Exploration, Giza Pyramids, Sphinx & the Pyramid of Sakkara and Stavanger Old & New, each providing an in-depth look at the historical significance of these iconic locations.

Itineraries and shore excursions created in partnership with The HISTORY Channel are available for booking now through the Start Your Journey sale. Additional itineraries and shore excursions for 2025, 2026 and 2027 will continue to be released. More details about The HISTORY Channel partnership will be released in the coming months.
