JetBlue Elevates Mint Dining With New Menus From NYC Restaurants

Beginning July 31, JetBlue will introduce new onboard menus created in partnership with New York City restaurants Crown Shy and Birdee, bringing fresh, restaurant-inspired dining to select domestic and transatlantic routes.

Developed with Kent Hospitality Group, the menus reflect JetBlue‘s continued investment in its premium cabin experience, featuring dishes inspired by Michelin-starred Crown Shy’s contemporary American cuisine and Birdee’s bakery and cafe offerings.

“The best part of any new Mint menu is seeing it come to life onboard,” said Stephanie Evans Greene, Senior VP of Marketing and Brand, JetBlue, in a press statement. “Our teams worked closely with the talented chefs at Crown Shy and Birdee to thoughtfully adapt their dishes for the onboard experience. We’re excited for customers to enjoy menus that bring two of New York’s most exciting restaurants to their next Mint flight.”

Restaurant-Inspired Dining

Breakfast selections by Birdee include options such as a strawberries-and-cream croissant, mochi waffle and a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on a Parker House roll. Lunch and dinner offerings from Crown Shy feature dishes including citrus-marinated chicken, pork katsu, razor clam chowder and sweet potato lasagnette.

Desserts range from warm chocolate chip cookies and strawberry olive oil shortcake to chocolate tart with sabayon and port wine syrup. JetBlue also continues to offer vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free meal options.

Building on the Mint Experience

The menu refresh is the latest enhancement to JetBlue Mint, which features lie-flat seating, elevated dining and premium amenities on select domestic and transatlantic routes. Additional dining concepts from Kent Hospitality Group partners Red Hook Tavern and Hometown Bar-B-Que are expected to join the Mint lineup in early 2027.
