JetBlue Expands Mint Dining With New Culinary Partners

JetBlue is refreshing its Mint experience with a distinctly New York flavor through new partnerships with restaurant groups Kent Hospitality Group and Four Clovers Hospitality Group.

Beginning July 31, JetBlue will introduce new menus across its domestic and transatlantic Mint cabins, featuring dishes inspired by Kent Hospitality Group’s restaurants Birdee and Crown Shy. Selections from Four Clovers Hospitality Group’s Red Hook Tavern and Hometown Bar-B-Que will follow in early 2027.

Elevating Dining Options In The Sky

At launch, Mint customers will see menu items inspired by Crown Shy and Birdee, including elevated breakfast offerings based on Birdee’s signature dishes, alongside lunch and dinner options such as Crown Shy’s citrus-marinated chicken and pork katsu.

Additional concepts from Four Clovers Hospitality Group will be introduced in future menu rotations as JetBlue continues to evolve its premium cabin offering.

Since launching Mint in 2014, JetBlue has positioned the product as a disruption to traditional business class, introducing lie-flat seating, a more design-forward experience and a service model rooted in hospitality.

The product has continued to evolve with transatlantic service and all-suite seating, further redefining premium travel between the U.S. and Europe.

Mint continues to stand out in the premium cabin space, recently earning top recognition in customer satisfaction among first and business class passengers, according to JD Power in 2026.
