Embassy Suites by Hilton Deerfield Beach Resort & Spa has completed a multimillion-dollar renovation, marking the final phase of a multi-year repositioning of the South Florida beachfront property.
The most recent phase focused on exterior upgrades, introducing a refreshed facade, updated fixtures and coastal-inspired finishes designed to modernize the resort’s appearance. The hotel is located in Deerfield Beach, between Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale.
The exterior renovation follows a comprehensive first phase completed last year that included redesigned guestrooms, public spaces and dining venues. The resort also introduced a rebranded on-site restaurant, Beach Terrace, featuring Caribbean-inspired cuisine.
Inside, the resort’s open-concept lobby was redesigned with a contemporary layout and updated finishes. The property’s 244 two-room suites were refreshed with new furnishings, lighting and decor. Outdoor amenities were also updated, including a renovated pool sundeck overlooking Deerfield Beach.

Fort Lauderdale Marriott Pompano Beach Resort
Fort Lauderdale Marriott Pompano Beach Resort has completed a full-scale, resort-wide renovation, led by Miami-based design firm Urban Robot Associates. Updates span public spaces, guestrooms, dining venues and outdoor amenities.
The redesigned lobby introduces a simplified, modern layout with ocean-inspired tones. A major component of the renovation is the expansion and enhancement of the resort’s outdoor public spaces. At the center is a 3,000-square-foot zero-entry pool, complemented by private cabanas, an oversized hot tub and three firepit lounges.
All 219 guestrooms were renovated with a neutral color palette designed to highlight ocean views. Each room features a private balcony, with select suites offering wraparound oceanfront balconies, separate living areas and dining space.
To complement its leisure offerings, the resort has added weekly programming that includes wellness activities, live music, family-friendly events and recurring food-and-beverage experiences.
The resort is managed by EOS Hospitality and is located approximately 30 minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Boca Raton, with direct access to Pompano Beach’s pier and a walkable downtown area.

Residence Inn Sunny Isles Beach
Residence Inn Sunny Isles Beach has completed a full-property renovation, marking the property’s first comprehensive update since opening in 2017. The hotel features upgrades to guestrooms, public areas, dining venues, fitness facilities and the rooftop pool deck.
Completed in November, the renovation refreshed the hotel’s public spaces, including the lobby, which now features botanical materials, curated artwork and flexible seating areas.
One of the most notable features of the renovation is the expanded rooftop pool deck, which remains the only rooftop pool in Sunny Isles Beach. Enhancements include updated loungers, private cabanas, daybeds, additional landscaping and designated social areas.
The rooftop is anchored by Ocean View on Nine, the hotel’s full-service restaurant and bar, which offers dine-in and takeout options, craft cocktails and poolside service.

Among the most notable updates is the Loews Miami Beach Hotel, which recently completed a $55 million renovation.
