IHG Launches First U.S. All-Inclusive Resort on Florida’s Treasure Coast

 
 

IHG Hotels & Resorts is opening the voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort, the brand’s first all-inclusive property in the U.S. Set along the St. Lucie River in Port St. Lucie, the newly transformed resort follows a $50 million renovation, unveiling redesigned accommodations, family-friendly amenities and a standout culinary program—all included in one easy-to-sell package.

With 335 guestrooms and suites, including one- and two-bedroom options, voco Sandpiper appeals to families, couples and multigenerational travelers looking for an all-inclusive experience. The resort’s Central Florida location—45 minutes from Palm Beach and within two hours of four major international airports—adds to its appeal, while nearby attractions such as Jensen Beach, PGA Village, spring training sites and even Orlando’s theme parks broaden itinerary options.

Resort Amenities That Appeal to Every Traveler Type

Highlights include a refreshed family pool, a brand-new kids’ splash pad and an adults-only infinity pool overlooking the waterway.
