Sandals and Beaches Resorts Debut New Integrated Loyalty Program

Sandals and Beaches Resorts is betting that loyalty means more than points.

Beginning July 1, 2026, the all-inclusive brands will transition from the long-running Sandals Select Rewards program to the newly launched Island Insiders Club, a refreshed loyalty initiative designed to deepen guest engagement and encourage repeat visits across the portfolio.

Loyalty Starts Earlier

Island Insiders Club allows travelers to enroll before their first stay and begin building status after completing their inaugural vacation. The revamped program also places a greater emphasis on personalization. Through the new Choice of Insider Reward, members can select benefits that best fit their vacation style, including credits toward treatments at Red Lane Spa or excursions with Island Routes.

Additional perks include access to an exclusive online merchandise shop, discounted room upgrades through a dedicated hotline and VIP concierge service for upper-tier members, assisting with flights, tours and special requests.

Incentives to Return

The program leans heavily into experiential rewards aimed at fostering long-term loyalty. Exclusive Insider events centered on themes such as diving, culinary experiences and autism inclusion will be offered both on and off resort, extending engagement beyond the Caribbean.

Other standout benefits include a 20 percent discount on the Manager’s Wine List, a $200 laundry credit for Ambassador members and a complimentary seven-night stay after every 70 paid nights. To attract new members, travelers who enroll, book and complete their first stay will receive 5,000 bonus points.

Island Insiders Club also introduces a refreshed visual identity inspired by Sandals’ longtime guest traditions, featuring a pair of sandals as its signature symbol—a nod to the pendants and keepsakes shared among loyal members over the years.
