Tauck has opened bookings for its full 2027 Tauck Bridges collection of guided family itineraries, adding a new small-ship cruise to the lineup. Croatian Coast: Family Voyage sails the Dalmatian Coast aboard the Lupus Mare, a 34-guest Croatian-built yacht chartered exclusively for Tauck Bridges guests.
The 8-day itinerary runs round-trip from Dubrovnik, June through August, visiting five Croatian islands plus mainland stops in Omis and Split. Pricing starts at $6,790 per person based on triple occupancy, plus airfare, with a minimum age of 8.
Tauck Travels in Style
The Lupus Mare accommodates just 34 guests across 15 en-suite cabins—including four triple-bed cabins—and has a 10-person crew. Interior spaces include a dining room, salon and bar, fitness center, sauna and cinema room. On deck, multiple al fresco lounges, a jacuzzi and a swim platform with a 19-foot waterslide, paddleboards and inflatables complete the onboard offering. Built for the Adriatic, the yacht accesses sheltered bays and island harbors that larger ships cannot reach.
Ashore, the itinerary covers ground suited to every age. Highlights include a locally guided scavenger hunt through the cobblestone streets of Old Town Korcula, river rafting through the Cetina River canyon at Omis and a living-history afternoon at Terra Arhaica on Hvar. In Mljet National Park, guests choose between kayaking, biking or a ferry to a 12th-century Benedictine monastery. The journey concludes with a guided walking tour of the UNESCO-protected Old Town of Dubrovnik and a gondola ride to Mount Srd.
