Plaza Athenee Hotels are coming to New York and Bangkok, courtesy of a partnership between AWC (Asset World Corp Public Company Limited) and Nobu Hospitality. The 145-guestroom and suite Plaza Athenee Nobu & Spa New York will take over an iconic heritage building in the Upper East Side. The suites will have indoor/outdoor glassed-in terraces and gazebos, mega VIP travelers will have a townhouse with exclusive service and the hotel will also have a traditional Japanese Onsen, spa and wellness center.
The Plaza Athenee Nobu Hotel and Spa Bangkok will be in another signature structure by the Chao Phraya River: the EAC building founded in 1884. The hotel will connect with other AWC projects along the river, offering your clients a unique riverfront experience, including a special Nobu cruise boat for bespoke private events.
Both properties are scheduled to debut in 2026.

Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa is fresh from a multimillion-dollar reno just in time for summer escapes.
