Haven Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa is sharing its latest experience for epicurean travelers: “The Chef’s Table.” Taking place in Haven’s signature fine-dining restaurant, Olios Mediterranean, guests at The Chef’s Table are seated directly in front of the Chef’s working station and fully open kitchen. Up to 12 guests can be seated at once around the table.
The Chef’s Table experience is a 9-course gourmet dinner for up to 12 guests that features an assortment of the Chef’s favorites. In addition to an appetizer, six entrees, a dessert and petit fours, diners also enjoy three wine pairings. Highlights of a sample menu include Spanish croquettes with imported Iberico ham and truffle aioli; a crispy avocado mole; farm-raised duck confit; and dry-aged ribeye.
Priced at $95 pp and requiring a minimum party of four, reservations for The Chef’s Table can be made in advance or while on property by visiting the concierge desk or e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
