Across nine to 17 nights, each sailing traces the region’s mix of history, coastal scenery and modern culture. The series begins April 25 – May 4 on EXPLORA II, visiting eight ports in four countries. The itinerary includes Rome, Athens, Monte Carlo, Barcelona, Sorrento and Milos, with curated destination experiences from exploring ancient landmarks to tasting Bocelli wines and touring the Vatican.

On May 3, EXPLORA I departs Barcelona on a 10‑night journey to Rome. Ports include Cadiz, Tangier, Cartagena, Florence, Saint‑Tropez and Monte Carlo. Experiences along the route range from a helicopter ride over Monaco to wine tasting in Gassin Village and a wellness retreat at sea featuring Chakra Healing Meditation and Gong Baths under the stars.

Travelers looking for a longer time at sea will find the 17‑night itinerary, also departing May 3 on EXPLORA I, appealing. This voyage travels from Barcelona through southern Spain and North Africa, calling in Cadiz, Tangier, Cartagena, Motril, Saint‑Tropez, Monte Carlo, Florence and Sorrento before continuing to Palermo, Tunis, Ibiza and Mahon. Culinary and cultural programming includes a Gourmet Tapas Trail Through Old Cartagena and a guided visit to Elche, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The lineup continues May 21 – June 1 aboard EXPLORA II, sailing round-trip from Athens on a seven‑night journey through Istanbul, Patmos, Bodrum and Mykonos. Guests can choose experiences such as a traditional Turkish Bath, Istanbul Palaces and Afternoon Tea, or a visit focused on the works of architect Sinan.

From June 9 – 15, EXPLORA I sails from Rome to Barcelona, visiting Sorrento, Taormina, Valletta, and Palma de Mallorca. Options ashore include snorkeling in the Malgrats Islands, contemporary art experiences and culinary explorations in Palma.

The final listed itinerary, June 15 – 22 aboard EXPLORA II, returns to Athens for a round-trip that includes Mykonos, Patmos, Istanbul and Ephesus. Guests may explore the island by catamaran, sample local cuisine during Discover the Tastes of Mykonos, or visit countryside vineyards and villages.
