Caesars Palace is marking its 60th anniversary in 2026 with a renewal of luxury accommodations that continues to redefine its position on the Las Vegas Strip. Two new Colosseum Presidential Villas and 29 Octavius Sky Villas, designed by Peter Silling & Associates, are the latest stage in the resort’s multimillion-dollar transformation.
“The new Colosseum Presidential Villas and Octavius Sky Villas at Caesars Palace reflect our commitment to elevate the standard of luxury on the Las Vegas Strip,” said Sean McBurney, CCO and Regional President of Caesars Entertainment, in a press statement. “As we commemorate our 60th anniversary, we’re proud to unveil these extraordinary spaces, meticulously designed with thoughtful details to deliver an unparalleled guest experience.”
Caesars Takes Luxury Up Several Notches
The Colosseum Presidential Villas—measuring 8,060 and 8,370 sq. ft.—offer separate but cohesive identities. The smaller villa features brushed-gold accents and subdued lighting, while the larger villa boasts bolder contrasts and darker finishes. When connected, they cover more than 19,000 sq. ft. of combined interior and exterior living space. Each includes a 1,700-sq.-ft. rooftop terrace with views over the Strip.
Each villa has architectural features inspired by classical influences. The private elevator opens to a large vestibule designed to resemble a Roman garden. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the skyline, and lighting is provided by sculptural metal, glass, and crystal chandeliers. A double-sided glass fireplace connects the living and entertainment rooms, complemented by a bar area and custom billiard table in the lounge. A mirror-lined ceiling in the formal dining room reflects the 10-seat Calacatta Oro marble table. The outdoor terrace and courtyard lounge create additional gathering spaces. The main bedroom follows a residential plan. A secondary 1,350-sq.-ft. bedroom between the two villas features floor-to-ceiling windows, a Calacatta marble bathtub and Nero Marquina flooring.
Located on floors 68 and 69 of the Octavius Tower, the 29 new Sky Villas offer a new take on apartment-style living, with an emphasis on materials and flow. Designed to appeal to present-day preferences for flexibility and design clarity, these units feature a palette of stone, metal and glass. Elements include high ceilings, ribbed glass panels, integrated television walls and curated artwork.
Caesars Palace’s rwas ecently awarded AAA Five Diamond status for THE VILLAS Caesars Palace and Restaurant Guy Savoy. Over the past several years, the resort has invested in renovations that have included an updated main entrance and redesigned casino dome, new high-limit gaming venues such as Palace Court Slots and Aureus Lounge, the Flavian Sky Suites, the renovated Qua Bath & Spa and a new fitness center.
Of note: There are even more coming attractions through 2027. Tao Group Hospitality is introducing OMNIA Dayclub for the 2026 pool season, encompassing 46,000 sq. ft. feet with two pools and performances by international DJs. The Augustus Tower renovation, scheduled for 2026, will transform nearly 1,000 suites under Peter Silling & Associates. The same year will bring a redesigned VIP Check-in Lounge. Renovations of Julius Tower and Palace Tower are planned next, with more than 500 and 1,200 rooms, respectively, entering full updates through 2027.
