True Ranch Collection has a new comprehensive training program and resource portal designed to boost travel advisors’ expertise in selling dude ranch stays across Montana, Wyoming and Arizona. The company has appointed seasoned travel advisor Sally Black as their dedicated consultant and liaison, offering specialized support to the agency community.

“Dude ranch vacations are an American tradition that go back more than a century—and True Ranch Collection is preserving that tradition for the next generation of guests,” Black said in a press statement. “Whether your clients are traveling on their own, with a partner or their extended family, or are looking for a location for a wedding or group retreat, these historic properties offer a Western getaway they’re sure to enjoy. Please reach out for an advisor training on all that they offer.”

Each ranch offers a blend of adventure and relaxation, featuring activities such as horseback riding, hiking, UTVing, archery and sport shooting. Accommodations are set in unique Western landscapes, complemented by menus that combine traditional recipes with local culinary influences.

Black’s outreach to travel agencies focuses on enhancing sales techniques specific to all-inclusive dude ranch vacations. The program offers substantial incentives for participants, including invitations to FAM trips and preferred advisor rates for personal ranch visits. This hands-on approach lets advisors experience the product firsthand, enabling more authentic and informed client recommendations.

Central to this initiative is the newly launched travel advisor resource portal, a comprehensive program that provides a one-stop-shop for all essential information. Advisors can access seasonal details, detailed ranch fact sheets, digital brochures and videos that capture the essence of each property. The portal also streamlines the booking process by providing direct contact information, step-by-step booking instructions and clear commission details.

The resource portal covers all six True Ranch Collection properties: Circle Bar Ranch in Montana, Blackwater Creek Lodge & Guest Ranch in Wyoming, and four Arizona locations—Kay El Bar Guest Ranch, White Stallion Ranch, Rancho de la Osa and Tombstone Monument Ranch & Cattle Co. Each property has been beautifully restored to offer modern comforts while preserving its authentic character and Western traditions.
