Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa is in the final phase of its multimillion-dollar transformation, with renovations underway on all 192 one- and two-bedroom suites.
Expected to be completed by early 2026, the renovated suites will feature contemporary updates and refreshed interiors, in line with the resort’s recent property-wide enhancements.
Oceanfront Inspiration
This latest redesign follows a refurbishment project that began in 2022, which revamped the lobby, marketplace, oceanfront restaurant and bar, pool areas, fitness center, hotel entrance and additional spaces. The suite renovations, led by architecture and design firm LEO A DALY, will create bright, open and elegant spaces inspired by the resort’s oceanfront setting.
Suites will feature light wood tones like white oak and driftwood, replacing the previous darker finishes. The living room’s built-in entertainment center will be accented with coral, plants and nautical rope, reflecting the relaxed beach vibe of Singer Island. Bedrooms will introduce a softer color palette of ivory to gray and sandy beige, along with wave-patterned carpeting in shades of blue, gray and navy to evoke the nearby ocean. Neutral curtains and linens will add warmth and serenity to the space.
Fully equipped kitchens will be updated with white wood cabinetry, offering a striking contrast against dark tile backsplashes and rich granite countertops. Every suite retains its spacious, condo-style layout, complete with a furnished balcony, washer and dryer, living room, dining area and full kitchen.
