Las Vegas is stacking its fall calendar with something for nearly every client, from race weekend concerts to family-friendly indoor racing to things that go bump in the night.
Zoom Zoom at F1 Arcade Las Vegas
Triple-digit heat is sending Las Vegas families indoors, and F1 Arcade Las Vegas has a new weekend option built for speed. The Family Racing Experience runs Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to noon, seating three to five people at individual full-motion racing simulators for 30 minutes of head-to-head Formula 1 sim racing.
Drivers 7 and older race on their own, so parents and kids compete at the same time rather than trading turns. Live timing and leaderboards track results across the field, and adjustable difficulty settings work for first-timers and repeat racers alike.
- Three guests: $39 ($13 per person)
- Four guests: $49 ($12.25 per person)
- Five guests: $59 ($11.80 per person)
A food menu covers burgers, flatbreads, tacos and shareable plates, plus a kids’ menu for ages 12 and under with buttermilk pancakes, fried chicken tenders, pepperoni pizza and mac and cheese. A kids’ meal with a main dish, a drink and a chocolate fudge brownie costs $10.
The venue also books birthday parties, youth sports celebrations and post-tournament gatherings. F1 Arcade Las Vegas is located inside The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace and welcomes all ages before 9 p.m. Children under 14 need adult supervision at a ratio of one adult per four children.

Backstreet Boys Have a Need for Speed
The Backstreet Boys stopped by Grand Prix Plaza in Las Vegas to promote their headlining set at the F1 Afterparty, the official post-race show of the Formula 1 Heineken Las Vegas Grand Prix inside Sphere. Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, Brian Littrell, AJ McLean and Kevin Richardson took a lap in F1 Drive, a karting experience staged on a section of the Las Vegas Strip Circuit.
The race returns Nov. 19-21, with the Afterparty concert following the Nov. 21 finish. Packages and add-ons include:
- T-Mobile General Admission + F1 Afterparty Ticket Package: three-day general admission in the T-Mobile Zone at Sphere plus Afterparty access, starting at $925 including taxes and fees.

An Offer You Can’t Refuse
The Mob Museum in Las Vegas has set its September lineup, pairing guest speakers on the history of organized crime with cocktail specials at its on-site distillery, The Underground.
- Sept. 10: Author T.J. English discusses New York’s Irish Mob and the Westies gang, followed by a book signing. Free with admission or for members.
- Sept. 19: Journalist Jon Ralston covers Sen. Harry Reid’s early clashes with organized crime during his tenure on the Nevada Gaming Commission. Free with admission or for members.

At The Underground, National Bourbon Heritage Month marks the debut of 300 Stewart Reserve, a small-batch bourbon aged for 37 months, limited to 1,047 bottles and priced at $45.95 per bottle, with pours starting at $10. A live music calendar runs from Friday through Sunday throughout the month.

Scare Your Socks Off at SCAREA15
AREA15 turns into a Halloween production Saturday, Oct. 31, with the return of ScAREA15: Strange Circus, headlined by DJ and producer Valentino Khan performing his KHAN-O-WEEN set across the venue.
The lineup extends throughout the district with Henry Fong, FENIK, Aquaa, Shapeshftr, Amiri Paul, Hector Romero, Kitch N Sync, Claire de Lune, Mihika the Freaka and additional acts still to be announced. Beyond the music, the night brings roaming performers, interactive photo setups, art installations and festival vendors built around a big top theme, with costumes encouraged from ringmasters to fortune tellers to clowns.
