Brownell has led the luxury travel industry since its founding in 1887. With more than 139 years in business, the firm is recognized worldwide for its expertise, professionalism and high standards. Brownell’s advisors use the DISCOVER MORE process to build bespoke itineraries suited to each client’s needs, and the firm was the first Virtuoso host agency, a distinction that has shaped its reputation for innovation in luxury travel.

Brownell has promoted Margaret Haas Wolf to Vice President of Agency Development, effective September 1, 2026. The move adds her to the company’s Leadership Team and widens her mandate from advisor support to oversight of the agency’s overall growth strategy.

Haas Wolf previously served as Director of Advisor Development. She is the daughter of Troy Haas, Chairman and CEO of Brownell, and has spent five years with the company building relationships across its advisor base and internal staff.

“I am grateful for the opportunity to take on a broader role within a firm and industry I care so deeply about,” Haas Wolf said in a press statement. “My focus has always been on supporting our advisors, and I look forward to doing that work at a larger scale.”

Meaghan Kinkade will succeed Haas Wolf as Director, Advisor Development. Kinkade, a former Brownell advisor, has led the company’s Advisor Success teams and will now oversee the Hosting, Catalyst and Startup programs.
