Hilton is bringing its Signia Hilton luxury brand to Florida’s Gulf Coast with the upcoming debut of Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort. The 474-room resort, including 50 villas, is currently undergoing a major renovation ahead of its January 2027 opening.
The addition will mark the first Signia Hilton on Florida’s Gulf Coast, according to a press announcement, and the brand’s third property in the state, joining Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort.
A Major Resort Transformation
The Naples property is in the midst of a significant renovation in its nearly 40-year history. The resort-wide transformation will bring redesigned guestrooms and suites, new culinary offerings, destination-inspired experiences and upgraded wellness amenities.
Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort will sit just minutes from downtown Naples, Waterside Shops and cultural attractions throughout Florida’s Paradise Coast.
The resort is inviting guests to experience the renovated property during its first months of operation with a limited-time Hilton Honors offer. Guests staying three nights or more between Jan. 15 and July 15, 2027, can earn an additional 5,000 Hilton Honors Points.
The resort will join Signia Hilton’s growing portfolio of properties worldwide, as well as Hilton Honors, Hilton’s loyalty program.
