Royal Caribbean will debut America’s Got Talent LIVE aboard the upcoming Legend of the Seas.
Launching in August, the new production will mark the first time the popular variety show franchise will headline on board a cruise ship. Inspired by the long-running television series America’s Got Talent, the stage production will feature performers from the show, including magicians, musicians, acrobats and aerialists.
Elevated Entertainment with Royal
The show will be staged in the ship’s Royal Theater as part of a broader entertainment lineup designed for Royal Caribbean’s newest Icon Class vessel. The production aims to bring the high-energy atmosphere of the televised competition to sea while expanding the cruise line’s family-focused entertainment offerings.
Beyond the America’s Got Talent show, the ship will feature a wide range of entertainment experiences, including a theatrical production of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory based on the story by Roald Dahl.
Additional onboard venues include the AquaTheater, where guests can expect high-diving performances, aerial acts and large-scale productions, as well as Absolute Zero, billed as the largest ice arena at sea.
The New Legend of the Seas
Legend of the Seas will also offer more than 20 bars, lounges and live music venues, including jazz performances at Lou’s, interactive entertainment at Dueling Pianos and immersive dining concepts such as the Hollywoodland Supper Club and Royal Railway – Legend Station.
The ship will debut in Europe with 7-night Western Mediterranean itineraries sailing from Barcelona and Rome, with port calls including Marseille, Naples and Palma de Mallorca.
In November 2026, Legend of the Seas will reposition to the Caribbean, operating 6-night Western Caribbean and 8-night Southern Caribbean sailings from Fort Lauderdale. Caribbean itineraries will include a stop at the cruise line’s private island destination, Perfect Day at CocoCay, along with ports such as Oranjestad and Willemstad.
