Margaritaville at Sea is expanding its onboard dining offerings with the launch of High Tide Market, a new food hall concept designed to refresh the cruise line’s casual dining experience. The venue will debut aboard Margaritaville at Sea Paradise in January 2026, with a fleetwide rollout continuing through 2027.
The new space reimagines the traditional cruise buffet, offering increased variety and a more modern, market-style approach. According to the cruise line, the concept was developed in direct response to guest feedback.
From Pizza to Sandwiches – And Everything in Between
High Tide Market will feature a mix of returning guest favorites and new dining concepts, including Frank & Lola’s Pizzeria with its signature stone-baked pies; Mexican Cutie Cantina, offering build-your-own tacos and bowls; License to Chill Sandwich Shack, serving fresh sandwiches; and Slice of Paradise Desserts, a new dessert bar.
Following its debut on Paradise, High Tide Market will open aboard the all-new Margaritaville at Sea Beachcomber, sailing from PortMiami, before rolling out in a newly enhanced version on Margaritaville at Sea Islander in 2027.
The dining announcement comes as Margaritaville at Sea also prepares to introduce new itineraries aboard Paradise in 2026, shifting to weekday four-night and weekend three-night sailings. The itineraries will call on Nassau, Key West and Freeport.
Margaritaville at Sea currently sails from the Port of Palm Beach and Port Tampa Bay, with PortMiami joining the lineup soon.
