Margaritaville at Sea is expanding its Heroes Sail Free program for the holiday season, opening a larger pool of complimentary cabins across more sail dates, itineraries and ships to honor military service members, first responders, teachers and other frontline heroes.
A Cruise for Today’s Heroes
The cruise line—sailing from the Port of Palm Beach, Port Tampa Bay and soon PortMiami—said the expanded holiday release is designed to meet heightened seasonal demand and allow more eligible heroes to sail aboard Margaritaville at Sea Paradise or Margaritaville at Sea Islander.
Margaritaville at Sea has already provided tens of thousands of complimentary sailings through Heroes Sail Free. The holiday expansion increases flexibility during one of the most popular booking periods for the program, with the cruise line noting that availability is expected to fill quickly.
Heroes who are unable to secure a free cabin during the holiday allotment can still access what the cruise line calls one of the strongest discounts in the industry: 20 percent off all cabin categories, destinations and itineraries. The discount also applies to future sailings, including the Beachcomber, Margaritaville at Sea’s newest ship, scheduled to debut from PortMiami in 2027.
Online reservations for the holiday release open Monday, Dec. 15, at 6 p.m. ET, with cabins available on a first-come, first-served basis.
