American Airlines Expands Premium Experience at DFW

American Airlines is expanding its premium airport experience at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) with a new Flagship check-in area, its largest Admirals Club lounge and a new grab-and-go lounge concept planned for the airport’s future Terminal F.

Scheduled to open later this year in Terminal D, the new Flagship check-in will offer eligible travelers a dedicated arrival experience featuring a private check-in area, personalized assistance from American team members and streamlined access to security.

“We’re investing in every stage of the premium travel journey at DFW, beginning the moment customers arrive at the airport,” said Heather Garboden, American’s Chief Customer Officer, in a media statement. “Our Flagship check-in experience offers a more tailored and streamlined start to the journey, bringing together dedicated service, premium amenities and greater convenience for our most loyal and premium customers.”

Largest Admirals Club in the network

American is also building a new 37,000-square-foot Admirals Club in the redesigned Terminal C. The space will become the largest Admirals Club in the airline’s network. It will feature a mix of seating areas for work and relaxation, along with expanded dining and beverage options.

Guests can expect chef-inspired menus, all-day food selections, an enhanced charcuterie offering, and a premium beverage program featuring specialty cocktails, wines, Bollinger Champagne and Lavazza coffee.

Looking ahead, American will also introduce a Provisions by Admirals Club location in the airport’s future Terminal F. The concept is designed for travelers seeking quick access to fresh food, premium beverages and travel essentials before boarding.

The lounge projects are part of American’s broader investment in DFW, which also includes terminal enhancements, new electronic boarding gates and expanded infrastructure to support growing demand for premium travel.
