Today, AMR Collection shared that two of its resorts—Secrets Moxche Playa del Carmen and Secrets Impression Moxche— will be delayed in opening.
The statement issued by AMR Collection noted that due to equipment and product delivery shortage resulting from the Omicron variant that have been unforeseeable and unpreventable, both Secrets Moxche Playa del Carmen and Secrets Impression Moxche will delay the opening of their resorts in the best interest of their guests. The properties were expected to open in February and April 2022.
The statement said, “In order to provide the highest level of luxury, trusted brand experience and service guests have come to know and expect, Secrets Moxche Playa del Carmen will begin welcoming guests on April 18, 2022, while Secrets Impression Moxche will begin welcoming guests on June 1, 2022.”
To reaffirm their commitment to valued travel partners, travel agency community, and future guests, the resorts will both be protecting any bookings affected by this change.
