Tour operator Collette has rolled out its EnCompass Campaign, introducing a suite of digital tools designed to empower travel advisors. The new campaign streamlines operations and boosts professional sales potential at all career stages.
“With a team highly dedicated to the advisor experience, we were able to pinpoint the kinds of support that’s powerful and meaningful to the advisor community,” said Christian Leibl-Cote, Collette’s Executive Vice President of Global Sales, in a press statement. “Through advisor feedback and collaboration with advisor focus groups, we were able to develop tools that allow advisors to sell confidently and work more efficiently.”
Colette’s New Travel Advisor Tools
The campaign centers around four key resources: a comprehensive Travel Advisor Portal, an educational platform named Collette University, a booking management system called MyCollette and an in-depth Travel Advisor Resource Guide.
These tools are strategically divided into two categories. The self-service options, including MyCollette and the Travel Advisor Portal, focus on enhancing day-to-day efficiency. Meanwhile, the learning-oriented resources, Collette University and the Resource Guide, are geared towards building product knowledge and sales expertise.
According to Collette, this launch significantly shifts travel advisors’ interactions with the company. The new digital ecosystem offers customizable content, self-paced learning modules and centralized booking management, all aimed at supporting advisors in their client service and business growth efforts.
Collette is hosting a virtual event on Sept. 20, 2024, to introduce these new tools. This online session will provide an overview of the EnCompass Campaign and demonstrate how travel advisors can use these resources effectively.
