The Vineta Hotel in Palm Beach

In early 2025, the Oetker Collection will launch its first property in the U.S. with the opening of The Vineta Hotel in Palm Beach. Situated just two blocks from Palm Beach’s Worth Avenue and minutes from the beach, The Vineta Hotel promises an elevated experience in the heart of this renowned destination.

The Vineta.

Originally established as the Lido-Venice in 1926 during Palm Beach’s real estate boom, the property was later renamed The Vineta, a name it held for 50 years. After brief stints as a condominium and later as The Chesterfield Hotel, the building will again embrace its historical moniker as The Vineta Hotel. A comprehensive renovation led by Paris-based interior designer Tino Zervudachi will reduce the room count from 53 to 41, offering more spacious accommodations.

The Vineta Hotel will feature a refurbished courtyard, poolside dining and a new lounge and bar. Its signature restaurant, Coco’s, will be helmed by Executive Chef Sebastian Broda and Pastry Chef Tarek, both from the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc. The menu will combine dishes inspired by Palm Beach with favorites from the South of France.
