Seabourn fans on your client list will be happy to know the line’s brand new addition—Seabourn Pursuit—is just about ready to enter service. The fun starts in August, and the ship will only have 7 of these special pre-inaugural sailings before it heads to high adventure on its expedition voyages to South America, the Amazon and Antarctica.

“We are excited to offer our guests the chance to sail on our new ship, Seabourn Pursuit, and visit some of the very best destinations and hidden harbors along the Rivieras and Caribbean,” said Seabourn President Josh Leibowitz in a press statement. “As with every ship in our fleet, Seabourn Pursuit will invite guests to enjoy small ship cruising as only Seabourn delivers it, with an intimate atmosphere that encourages guests to make meaningful connections and a welcoming onboard team that is focused on delivering unforgettable ‘Seabourn Moments’.”

Seabourn Pursuit’s New Itineraries

Notwithstanding that Seabourn Pursuit is purpose-built for adventure, the vessel still gives your clients the personalized service, cuisine, entertainment and ultra-luxury they expect from the brand. Their 7 new itineraries include 5 new trips through the Mediterranean and French and Italian Rivieras from mid-August through mid-September. These include the 8-day Tyrrhennian Isles & France that departs from Malta and on to Rome, with stops in Amalfi, St. Tropez and more; the 7-day Charm of Italy, France & Spain that goes from Rome to Barcelona; the 7-day Spanish & French Allure that departs from Barcelona to Monte Carlo; the 7-day Allure of Italy & France that leaves Monte Carloand sails to Barcelona with stops in Cinque Terre, among others; and the 7-day Gems of Iberia, that also leaves from Barcelona and explores Valencia, Cartagena, Malaga, Gibraltar and Casablanca before stopping in Lisbon.

Clients looking for longer itineraries this summer can pick from four “Combination Cruise” offerings and stay for 14 to 15 days away while saving up to 10 percent.

After its stint in the Med, Seabourn Pursuit will cross the Atlantic and ply the Caribbean Sea. The 12-day Atlantic Autumn leaves Portugal and crosses the Atlantic to Miami, departing on Sept. 17 and arriving on Sept. 29. It’s an opportunity for your clients to make the most of all the amenities and comforts of the new ship. The 10-day Atlantic Sunrises itinerary takes them south to Bridgetown, Barbados and stops in the Caribbean’s top ports; this also includes the signature “Caviar in the Surf” event at Carambola Beach, complete with iced champagne and caviar served via surfboard bar by fully-uniformed crew members.

Upon the ship’s return to Barbados, it will begin its previously scheduled expedition itineraries.
