Italy’s first luxury train, La Dolce Vita Orient Express, is set to welcome travelers for a unique rail experience in Spring 2025. Offering eight all-inclusive journeys, this opulent train is now accepting bookings for its exclusive Made in Italy itineraries, which depart from Rome and explore some of the country’s most iconic destinations.

The itineraries include visits to Venice, Tuscany, Matera, Piedmont, Portofino, Abruzzo and Sicily, showcasing Italy’s diverse landscapes and rich cultural heritage.

La Dolce Vita Orient Express is All About Immersive Travel

As part of the experience, your clients can enjoy thoughtfully curated and memorable excursions. Taking in the breadth of the country, the eight itineraries provide journeys through nature, the coast and the Alpine mountains to once-remote destinations, such as Matera in Basilicata, the third oldest city in the world, with its ancient architecture, caves and stunning natural beauty, and Palena, a mountainous village in Abruzzo with medieval architecture, scenic views and rich cultural heritage.

While traveling, guests will indulge in exquisite cuisine crafted by 3-Michelin-starred Chef Heinz Beck, who brings his culinary mastery to every journey. His menus, inspired by the regions the train passes through, provide a taste of Italy’s finest flavors.

The La Dolce Vita Orient Express is more than just a mode of transportation—it’s a tribute to the art of Italian living, echoing the elegance and craftsmanship of the 1960s and 1970s “La Dolce Vita” era. The train features 12 carriages designed to accommodate no more than 62 passengers. The carriages include 12 deluxe cabins, 18 suites and a lavish La Dolce Vita Suite

This journey through Italy’s most sought-after regions promises an unparalleled travel experience, combining the romance of rail travel with the splendor of Italian culture, cuisine and scenery. Bookings for La Dolce Vita Orient Express’s 2025 itineraries are now open.
