Preferred Hotels & Resorts has launched a new travel advisor portal, offering travel professionals an all-in-one platform to seamlessly manage bookings, access exclusive rates and track commissions across its portfolio of more than 600 luxury independent hotels, resorts and residences worldwide.

Designed to streamline the booking process, the portal provides advisors with priority access to properties, real-time rate quotes and personalized confirmations, making it easier to curate elevated client experiences. Additional features include a commission tracking system, a performance insights dashboard and a robust knowledge base on the Preferred Hotels & Resorts collection, loyalty programs and sustainability initiatives.

A key highlight of the platform is its Preferred Platinum section, which offers an exclusive search page for top-tier advisors, automatic rate inclusion and a new Small Social Group Requests feature.

This tool allows for immediate confirmation of up to 15 rooms at select hotels without requiring meeting space, catering to luxury travelers seeking intimate group stays.

Travel advisors can now register for the portal at TA.PreferredHotels.com, while client bookings remain available via GDS using the “PH” and “PV” chain codes.
