Tahiti Tourisme has relaunched its Tahiti Specialist Program with a redesigned platform built around education, sales tools, partner resources, event information and performance tracking. The program is self-paced and free of charge and now serves as a single hub rather than a standalone destination training course.
“As the travel industry continues to evolve, we saw an opportunity to elevate the Tahiti Specialist Program to better support our travel advisor partners. The refreshed program offers more adaptive and interactive training, updated destination content, and enhanced incentives, along with new tools and resources that streamline itinerary planning and provide easier access to information. Together, these enhancements make it easier for advisors to access information, build customized itineraries, and confidently inspire travel to The Islands of Tahiti,” said Alice Izal, Chief Marketing Officer for Tahiti Tourisme.
Diving into Tahiti
Nearly 1,000 users worldwide have already joined the platform, which was rebuilt to make it simpler to learn about, market and sell the destination while staying connected to tourism partners across The Islands of Tahiti. Participants can progress through Bronze, Silver and Gold certification levels while working through updated training modules and specialized learning tracks.
Changes to the program include:
- Expanded incentives with additional rewards and engagement opportunities.
- Market-specific training and resources tailored to different regions.
- An integrated AI assistant that streamlines itinerary planning, supplies destination information and supports users throughout the process.
Tahiti Tourisme said the certification goes beyond a credential, connecting participants to a network of more than 4,200 travel professionals associated with the destination.
