Explore India’s Culinary Legacy With Sky Vacations

Sky Vacations wants to take your foodie clients on a luxury 15-day culinary tour of India, led by Chef Prasad Chirnomula, a two-time James Beard Foundation Honoree. This delicious Culinary Journey Through India will take place from Nov. 4-18, 2024, and will take them through the iconic cities of Delhi, Varanasi, Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur and Mumbai.

The program, limited to 16 participants, offers a curated selection of culinary experiences, luxury accommodations and guided cultural sightseeing.

Sky Vacations’ India Adventure

The tour begins in Delhi, where your clients will sip cocktails at Cirrus 9, followed by dinner at Michelin-starred Chef Vineet Bhatia’s Dhilli. This stop includes visits to historical landmarks like Rashtrapati Bhawan and Humayun’s Tomb, which will be complemented by meals at renowned restaurants such as Indian Accent and ROOH.

In Varanasi, clients will take a boat ride along the Ganges River, enjoy local cuisine at Varuna and have a private coal barbecue dinner at Udayan to the rhythm of live dance performances. The tour then heads to Agra, where they will visit the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort before diving into tandoori delicacies at Esphahan.

Jaipur means exploring the Amber Fort and enjoying a royal thali lunch at The Raj Palace. Your Clients will also attend a cooking demonstration of traditional Rajasthani dishes at Thakur Durga Singh’s haveli.

The program ends in Udaipur and Mumbai, where the traveling foodies will partake in culinary sessions, cultural tours and immersive dining experiences at iconic locations like Bedla House and Masala Kraft.
