Tribute Portfolio to Debut The Luce on St. Pete Beach
Opening in early 2026, The Luce, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, is a nine-acre property that has joined Marriott Bonvoy’s Tribute Portfolio brand. Featuring 200 guestrooms, including bungalow-style studio suites, The Luce also features Sundrop, a lobby restaurant and bar, and Baby Turtle Beach Club, an outdoor dining venue with beach access.

Saddlebrook Resort Unveils $92 Million Transformation
Saddlebrook Resort has announced the completion of its $92 million property-wide transformation. The renovation introduces redesigned guestrooms and suites, refreshed restaurants and bars, and an upgraded poolside environment. The project also includes a significant update to Saddlebrook’s golf offerings.
The 451 redesigned accommodations offer private patios or balconies overlooking the fairways, pool or nature preserve. Configurations range from 400-square-foot Deluxe Guest Rooms to spacious one- and two-bedroom residential-style suites equipped with full kitchens.
The resort’s dining program has also been elevated with four distinct concepts. Naples Beach Club on Florida’s Gulf Coast
Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort, is set along 1,000 feet of white-sand beach and spread across 125 acres of landscaped grounds. The property features 220 guest accommodations, including 57 suites, complemented by five diverse dining destinations, a full-service spa and wellness center, racquet sports facilities and Naples’ newest golf resort experience.
Beyond the resort, the property introduces 153 luxury residences and a Tom Fazio-designed 18-hole golf course, developed in partnership with Discovery Land Company. The course, spanning 100 acres, is set to open in 2026.
