The roughly 2.5-hour experience begins at 5 PM and recounts the history and stories of the Wan Chai district and neighboring Causeway Bay, as well as offering insights into Hong Kong’s traditions of Feng Shui.

Highlights of the tour include partaking in ‘Villain Hitting’, a form of Chinese folk sorcery, and visiting a wet market, street markets and a 140-year-old tea shop. Participants cross one of Hong Kong’s busiest streets, sample different local snacks, ride the 100-year-old Ding Ding Tram, take a close-up look at iconic skyscrapers and soak up panoramic views of Kowloon and Hong Kong.

“Edgy, dynamic and diverse, we love our neighborhood and community and this remarkable new experience reveals why,” said The Hari Hong Kong’s General Manager Edward E. Snoeks in a press release statement. “Each and every attraction on our new tour peels back Wan Chai’s layers, connecting guests with its rich past and exciting present.”
