Eligible itineraries include Morocco Uncovered, Classic Morocco, Best of Morocco, North Morocco Adventure, South Morocco Discovery, Morocco Encompassed, Cycle Morocco, Morocco Real Food Adventure, Morocco: Women’s Expedition and Morocco: Hike & Bike.
Three of those trips give a sense of the range. Morocco Uncovered runs 13 days between Casablanca and Marrakech, with stops at the Roman ruins of Volubilis, the blue-washed streets of Chefchaouen and the rock-cut village of Ait Benhaddou, plus a night in a Sahara Desert camp. Classic Morocco is the shorter option at eight days, covering the same Casablanca-to-Marrakech route with visits to the Hassan II Mosque, the pilgrimage town of Moulay Idriss and a camel ride into the dunes, along with a hike through Todra Valley. Morocco Encompassed is the deep dive, an 18-day itinerary that adds Atlas Mountains hiking, a homestay with a local family and a stop at an argan oil cooperative to the standard mix of medinas and desert camps.
Group sizes on these trips remain small, and accommodations range from hotels and riads to desert camps, depending on the leg of the route. All three sample itineraries begin in Casablanca and end in Marrakech, a routing shared by most of the eligible trips.
