Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced that Grand Hyatt Cancun Beach Resort is expected to open in December as a fully all-inclusive property, marking the Grand Hyatt brand’s first hotel in Cancun. The 500-guestroom beachfront resort is located within Puerto Cancun, a private gated community and waterfront development, giving guests direct access to a marina, a nearby golf course and dining and shopping options and is about 25 minutes from Cancun’s international airport.

Of its 500 guestrooms, 47 are suites, each with a private terrace overlooking the ocean or marina. Select suites include private pools, and Grand Club guestrooms grant your clients access to a private lounge offering continental breakfast and afternoon cocktails.
The resort will house 14 food and beverage outlets, ranging from Quattro, a Northern Italian restaurant, and Fiera San, a sushi and omakase concept, to Bistrot Cigalette, a French restaurant from chef Thierry Blouet, and Chacho and Los Fuegos del Sur, focused on Argentine and Uruguayan cuisine. The lineup also covers casual options such as a pool bar, a market-style cafe and a street food concept, giving guests a mix of relaxed daytime dining and refined evening service.
Wellness offerings center on the Ritua Sanctuary Spa, which includes a temazcal, fitness center and hammock lounges. The property has nine multi-level outdoor pools, among them an adults-only pool, an infinity pool and a pool at the private Beach Club, which also has its own restaurant and access to snorkeling, diving, kayaking, windsurfing and paddleboarding. You can arrange yacht and sailing trips from the nearby marina for your clients, along with excursions to coral reefs, cenotes and archaeological sites. A Grand Kids Club rounds out the amenities.
