Hilton is expanding its all-inclusive portfolio by announcing the first all-inclusive Curio Collection by Hilton property, which will open in 2024 in the Dominican Republic. Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton is a new build located just north of Punta Cana, famous for its white sand beaches. It will be owned by Zemi Hotels & Resorts, S.R.L. and managed by Hilton.

This is the brand’s 10th all-inclusive property in the Caribbean and Latin America. It joins the Hilton’s five already open in the Dominican Republic and the nine still in development across the island.

“The signing of Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton is a momentous addition to our robust pipeline in the broader Caribbean, where we have nearly 30 Hilton properties operating across the region and approximately 30 hotels in development,” said Pablo Maturana, vice president, development, Caribbean and Latin America, Hilton, in a press statement. “As we work to double our Caribbean portfolio and nearly triple our presence in the Dominican Republic, we are proud to work alongside visionary owners who share our values and support responsible tourism to incredible destinations like Miches.”

More details on Hilton’s Latest Project

Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton will have 502 guestrooms across six four-story buildings and 18 separate beach bungalows set on Esmeralda Beach. The guestroom count includes 123 swim-ups with individual plunge pools. The Miches area is known as an eco-destination, so clients will find themselves in one of the more pristine areas of the island.

The all-inclusive property will be minimalist, following the eco-destination’s lead by using wood, stonework and plenty of greenery, with a boho-chic slant to the interior design. There will be plenty of onsite entertainment for young and old, including a nightclub, kids club and shopping. Options for dining abound with nine different eateries for every palate, from Asian and Italian restaurants to a sports bar, an all-day buffet so the kids don’t get peckish and more.

Of course, no family-friendly oceanfront resort would be complete without a giant pool and a waterpark, plus a fitness center and juice bar to keep everyone beach body ready. Also on hand to help with relaxation and well-being: a dedicated spa building with treatment rooms, a beauty salon, an indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi and an outdoor terrace for yoga and meditation.
