Bay Gardens Resorts is expanding its food-and-beverage offerings across Saint Lucia as part of a $13 million, two-year investment in property renovations, new dining concepts and guest experience enhancements.
The resort group has completed the first phase of its multi-year improvement program, with several new and refreshed F&B venues now open across its portfolio.
Property Upgrades Across Its Portfolio
At Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa, the renovated Hi-Tide Restaurant joins two new casual dining concepts: Driftwood Pizzeria, an artisanal pizza spot in a beachfront setting, and Bay Bites, a solar-powered beachfront food truck.
Bay Gardens Marina Haven has also added a new dining option with Knots Bar, a poolside bar complementing renovations to the property’s restaurant furnishings and buffet area.
The F&B upgrades are part of broader renovations across the Bay Gardens portfolio. Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa has received a redesigned lobby, while Bay Gardens Hotel has refreshed its lobby, guestrooms, buffet room and restaurant.
At Bay Gardens Marina Haven, the lobby and guestrooms have been updated with contemporary coastal design, while Bay Gardens Inn has enhanced its lobby and added a dedicated baggage storage area.
The investment follows the recent opening of Sapphire Sands Villas by Bay Gardens Resorts, the company’s luxury villa property featuring butler service, a spa and an Asian-Caribbean fusion restaurant.
Bay Gardens plans to continue the enhancement program through 2028, with renovations to beachfront guestrooms at Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa.
